Dr. Grant is trained as a Clinical Psychologist and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Impact Executive. He works to ensure the amplification of multicultural families and their voices. He serves in two executive roles: One at Pacific Oaks College in the Center for Community & Social Impact and his boutique consultation frim Mindful Training Solutions, LLC.
As the Executive Director of Mindful Training Solutions, LLC and Pacific Oaks College's Center for Community & Social Impact, Dr. Grant continues to produce materials that break cycles of systemic oppression.
After completing his degree at Hampton University, Dr. Grant served as a Baltimore City public school teacher. He has consistently worked to ensure that families have tools that work toward their overall wellness.
